Furnished in bright and elegant furniture with a wooden flooring and a generous equipped balcony, we capture the spirit of our surroundings and create pleasant living dreams.
All rooms are equipped with free WiFi and new flat-screen TV with radio. A hair dryer and bathrobes are also part of the basic equipment.

Please note:
Our hotel does not have an elevator due to its historical building substance and the associated requirements,
but the rooms are only spread over two easily accessible floors.

Prices
The prices are indicated in Euro and are per person and day in a double room including entrance to the wellness area and including Messnerwirt's gourmet half board with a rich breakfast buffet and 5-course menu with salad buffet in the evening.
Prices include all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax of 3 Euro per person over 14 years

Local tax
On 1 January 2014, the local tax was introduced in South Tyrol (municipal residence tax, LG No. 9 of 16 May 2012). The revenues are used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.
The local tax is € 3 per person (from 14 years) and day.
Deposit
For a binding reservation we ask you to make a deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
You will receive the necessary details by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
Payment
Please pay your bill in cash, by credit/debit card on the day of departure. In Italy there is a legal cash limit of 4.999,00 Euro per person.
The hotel cancellation insurance trough our partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung ERV"
Having to cancel your vacation can have many reasons: illness, family emergency, or damage to the house.
In order to prevent financial loss in case of cancellation, interruption of the trip or delay, we recommend a hotel cancellation insurance through our partner, ERV (Europäische Reiseversicherung). You will receive all information on this when you confirm your booking!
